Kings of Games crowned at Digital Life contest finals
You do not have to be mad to play in the final of the Digital Life King of Games contest, but it helps.
Yesterday, two local teams from the Mad guild - made up of more than 30 computer gamers from Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines - faced off in the final of the inaugural competition organised by Digital Life and Dell Alienware.
Mad.JpL toppled Mad.MgK at Dragon Nest, a fantasy-based online game, and one of Mad.JpL's players, 23-year-old student Joseph Lo, said: "It was fun playing against my guildmates."
Local members of the guild turned up in force to support their mates.
