Taiwanese hardware company HTC has pulled sales of its new flagship device, the HTC One, from the IT Show.

Earlier this week, all three telcos indicated that they would be selling limited quantities of the new Android device on Saturday, March 9, at the event taking place at Marina Bay Sands.

M1 even printed flyers with prices for a two year plan, but The Straits Times understands that this pricing no longer applies, even when the phone is launched globally on March 15.

All telcos said that sales for the HTC One will be put on hold until its global launch, but could not say when the phone will be available here.
