LONDON (AFP) - Roberto Di Matteo insists Chelsea have plenty of room for improvement as the European champions aim to cement their position at the top of the Premier League.

The Blues face Norwich City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday unbeaten in their opening six games and sitting two points clear at the head of the table.

Last weekend's victory at Arsenal highlighted their strengths and that result was given even more significance when Manchester United later lost to Tottenham, leaving Sir Alex Ferguson's side four points off the pace.

The title race will take many turns in the months ahead but it will be a major surprise if Chelsea don't at least maintain that advantage after facing a Norwich side who have yet to claim three points this season and lost 5-2 at home to Liverpool last time out.
