Parking coupons that are only valid untill Dec 31, 2012 cannot be used from Jan 1, 2013, reminded the Housing & Development Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) today.

Unused, expired coupons can be exchanged for new ones from January 2, 2013 onwards. Motorists can visit all HDB branches and service centres, or the URA Customer Service Centre at 45 Maxwell Road, 1st storey, The URA Centre, Singapore 069118, during office hours.

They cannot be exchanged at other sales outlets like shops, post offices or petro stations. For more information call the HDB at 1800-2255432 or URA Car Parks Division at 63293434.
