Two men have been arrested for their suspected involvement in at least three cases of bicycle theft in Tampines.

Between Jan 21 and Feb 15 this year, the police were alerted to several such thefts in Tampines of bicycles outside homes and secured with chains and locks.

With the aid of CCTV cameras installed inside a lift in one instance, officers from the Crime Strike Force (CSF) of Tampines Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC) managed to identify the suspects.
