Teacher jailed 9 months for upskirt offences

Buy SPH photosA secondary school teacher who took upskirt videos of young and unsuspecting victims 94 times was jailed for nine months on Friday.
Seow Swee Hong, 39, had admitted to 10 counts of intruding into the privacy of females by using a mobile phone to capture video recordings of their thighs in July and October last year.
Half of the 94 offences were committed when he was out on police bail, the court heard.
He was arrested at Popular Book Store in Toa Payoh HDB Hub on July 25 for taking four video clips of a female student's upskirt and the panties of another victim.
