The accident involving both taxis happened at the junction of Bencoolen Street and Rochor Road.
According to Larry, a contributer to online citizen journalism site Stomp, a taxi slammed into a scaffolding structure outside Albert Complex, leaving two workers trapped within the structure.
Another contributer to Stomp by the name of Jeff commented: "A taxi rammed into some scaffolding, leaving two workers hanging on precariously. This happened at 1.20pm and rescuers are working to bring the workers down from the unstable structure."
