SingHealth's polyclinic in Tampines will be undergoing major upgrading works. The polyclinic will be closed for renovations from Jan 28 and is slated to reopen in June.

In the meantime, a temporary clinic will be set up at 21 Geylang East Central, beside the SingHealth polyclinic at Geylang, from Feb 6 onwards. Patients who require regular follow-ups are advised to visit this temporary clinic.

There will be a regular bus shuttle service to ferry patients from the temporary clinic to Tampines MRT station, and vice versa.

For enquiries, members of the public can call 6786-4070, from 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and 8.00am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
