StarHub, M1 announce price packages for new iPhones

StarHub announced on Thursday it will sell Apple's latest smartphone, the iPhone 5S, starting from $532 for the 16GB model when bundled with its cheapest $38 a month plan, which comes with 100 minutes of talk time, 800 SMSes and MMSes, and 2GB of local data.
The iPhone 5C, touted as a "low-cost" handset for the mass market, will start at $355 for the 16GB model under the same StarHub plan.
M1 also announced its price plan Thursday, offering the 5S, starting from $515 for the 16GB model when bundled with its cheapest $39 a month plan. The 5C 16GB model goes for $325 under the same plan.
Comparatively, SingTel is offering the 5S from $538 for the 16GB model when bundled with its $39.90 a month plan, which comes with 100 minutes of talk time, 800 SMSes and 2GB of local data. SingTel will sell the 5C from $318 under the same plan.
