Spirited race to the finish at Singapore's 1st National Games
They came in all shapes and sizes - teens, working professionals and grandparents.
But all 60 men and women who took part in the medley 200m baton relay at Bishan Stadium on Saturday had fierce determination etched on their faces.
The race, after all, was one of the highlights of the inaugural Singapore National Games, which will draw to a close on Sunday.
Called the All-Care (channels, age, race and estate) relay, clusters had to field teams of 10 comprising at least two women, two older men and two ethnic groups.
