A telco launched what it claims to be Singapore's first "three-in-one" SIM card on Monday.

StarHub's TriSIM is a SIM card with plastic pieces that can adjust it into three different sizes - the standard SIM, the microSIM and the nanoSIM.

The company says it will remove the "hassle" for customers who switch between devices operating on different-sized cards and mean that they will no longer have to buy an adaptor to change their SIM's size. Adaptors can cost as little as $10.

Customers who sign up for a StarHub mobile plan can get the new TriSIM at $37.45 while existing subscribers can change their current SIM card to the TriSIM for $26.75.

It is available at StarHub outlets and selected 7-Eleven stores for both post-paid and pre-paid customers
