Singaporean found dead in Brisbane hotel room
South African man also found, with suspected self-inflicted wounds

A Singaporean woman was found dead in a hotel room in Brisbane, Australia, early yesterday morning.
Australian online news reports have identified her as 27-year-old Meenatchi Narayanan.
She was found stabbed to death in a third-floor room at Travelodge hotel in the suburb of Upper Mount Gravatt, reported The Australian.
The same newspaper said that screams were heard coming from the room, and police forced their way in and found the dead woman just after 12.30am.
