Shortlisted candidates for Exemplary Mother Award face panel of judges for first time
Ten mothers who were shortlisted for the Exemplary Mother Award faced the panel of judges for the first time on Tuesday. One of the judges, Madam Claire Chiang, senior vice president of Banyan Tree Holdings, described candidates as being "top quality", which makes deciding on a winner a "tough call" for the panel of judges.
She also applauded the mothers for being able to strike a balance between raising children, overcoming hardships and contributing to society.
