Was Ms Cecilia Sue Siew Nang a jealous, possessive, persistent lover?
Defence counsel Tan Chee Meng pointedly referred to records of SMSes, Whatsapp messages and phone calls between Ms Sue and Ng to suggest this was so.
He said that Ms Sue became jealous when former Central Narcotics Bureau chief Ng Boon Gay travelled to Hong Kong with his wife, Madam Yap Yen Yen, and not with her.
On Friday, Senior Counsel Tan tendered a binded bundle of 669 pages of records from March 2010 to December 2011.
