SBS Transit accepts apology from blogger Alex Tan
SBS Transit has accepted an apology from blogger Alex Tan for a profanity-laced letter which he sent to the company last month.
It will be informing the Magistrate's Court that they have reached a settlement.
On July 26, Mr Tan had e-mailed the company a complaint peppered with expletives.
Among other things, he had taken issue with overcrowding in buses and for being charged more than he should have paid for his journey because he could not tap his EZ-link card before exiting.
