The Government is inviting the public to give feedback on the three areas in which Singapore's main labour law, the Employment Act, is set to be reviewed.
The three areas are: extending the Act's coverage, improving employment standards and benefits for employees, and improving flexibility for employers.
Further details, including specific changes that have been proposed to the Act, can be found in a public consultation document on the Reach website (www.reach.gov.sg) from today, Nov 19, to Jan 11 next year.
Feedback can be sent to MOM_EA_Feedback@mom.gov.sg.
