The Traffic Police conducted an island-wide operation earlier this year to catch drivers who had been drinking.
The operation took place along New Bridge Road, Kallang Road, Crawford Street and Clemenceau Ave between 1.30am to 4.00am.

The highest breathalyser result clocked was 68 mg of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, nearly two times the prescribed legal limit of 35 mg/100ml.
