Police appeal for information over obscene act

The police are looking for a man shown in the following photograph, to assist with investigations into a case of obscene act at Bus Stop number 01113 along Victoria Street on Sunday.
The man is believed to be in his late 40s and is of medium build. He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, blue jeans, a light brown cap and a pair of olive green slippers. He was also seen carrying a white plastic bag.
