PM Lee to meet President Obama during official visit to the US
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will meet United States President Barack Obama on a four day trip to Washington, DC and New York City that begins on Monday.
This will be PM Lee's first meeting with Mr Obama in the White House and his first official trip to the US since July 2010.
During the visit, Mr Lee will also meet with Secretary of State John Kerry, Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew, Secretary of Defence Charles Hagel and World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim, said a statement from the Prime Minister's Office on Thursday.
In New York City, he will meet Mayor Michael Bloomberg, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and several business leaders.
