Besides getting the new Neighbourhood Police Centre up and running, DSP Seow Ming Hsien of the new Woodlands West NPC wants to get to know residents.
From youth engagements to fight unlicensed moneylending syndicates and frequent night patrols by plainclothes officers, the new NPC is helping tackle crime in 'one of the busiest' sectors of Singapore.
