Once a month, the People's Association (PA) HQ is filled with squeaks and the occasional pop as over 150 balloon sculpting enthusiasts converge to learn new balloon sculptures.
Praised by Mr Lim Swee Say during the PA Grassroots Seminar last month for being a model Interest Group that transcended age, race and estates, members of the year-old group are now putting their skills to good use at religious, old folks and troubled youth homes.
