The Health Promotion Board (HPB) on Monday launched a programme for working adults to kickstart their busy day with workout sessions near their offices.

Called Sunrise in the City, the exercise sessions include yoga, brisk walking and jogging. All sessions are held from 7.30am to 8.30am for participants to join in the sessions before heading to work.

They will be held at six locations - Marina Bay Financial Centre, UOB Plaza, Collyer Quay, Chevron House, Clarke Quay and Millenia Walk. The weekly sessions are held on different days, with the first one starting at Collyer Quay on March 4.

All sessions are open to the public and are free. To register for a session, visit www.hpb.gov.sg/sunrise-in-the-city.
