Newcomers can find it tough to adjust to life in Singapore, so the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations on Saturday launched a new magazine to help them find their feet.

The Chinese magazine, called Oneness, will be published every three months and distributed to organisations and institutions such as libraries.

It will feature lifestyle articles and tips on how to navigate Singapore's rules and regulations.

The federation will oversee the magazine but its content and design will be handled by Chinese daily Lianhe Zaobao.
