Most COEs end lower at latest tender on Wednesday

ALL but one Certificate of Entitlement (COE) ended lower at the latest tender on Wednesday.
COE for cars up to 1,600cc - the mainstay of most car buyers - crept higher to $68,000, up from $66,889 two weeks ago.
COE for cars above 1,600cc fell from $88,002 to finish at $80,191. The Open COE, which can be used for any vehicle type but ends up mainly for cars, was likewise lower at $87,999 - down from $93,990.
Commercial vehicle COE dipped to $57,334, from $59,334.
