Moses Lee appointed new chairman of Tote Board, taking over from Bobby Chin

A new chairman has been appointed to the Singapore Totalisator Board, or Tote Board.
Mr Moses Lee will take over the reins from current chairman Bobby Chin from next January. Mr Lee was chief executive officer of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore from July 2005 till last month.
Mr Chin was at the helm of the board for seven years. It operates horse racing and 4D, Toto, Singapore Sweep and sports betting through its subsidiaries, the Singapore Turf Club and Singapore Pools.
