THE Housing Board is putting up 6,463 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats in its latest offering on Wednesday.
These flats are located in hot towns such as Queenstown, Toa Payoh and Bedok, and also lesser developed estates in areas like Choa Chu Kang and Sengkang.
Taken together with grants, a three-roomer in Choa Chu Kang starts from $111,000, while a five-room unit in Bedok starts from $461,000.
With this launch, the total number of BTO flats put out by HDB has hit a record 27,000 units for the year.
