A senior official at MOHH (previously known as Health Corporation of Singapore) has resigned after it was discovered that she had hidden the fact that her cousin was a senior executive of a vendor company.

Miss Adelaide Chang was one of three members of the tender committee that would have awarded the work to the firm.

The Straits Times understands that Miss Chang, who was director of corporate communications, previously gave work to this company on several occasions.

MOHH refused to disclose the value of the tender in question.
