A former IT manager pleaded guilty to insulting his biological daughter's modesty by filming her while she was showering.

The 50-year-old had filmed the girl who was then aged 15 while she was in the toilet. He had left his jeans hanging in there, with his iPhone's filming function switched on.

A gag order preventing the publishing of details linking to the girl has been placed to protect the girl.

The case will be mentioned again on Nov 5.
