Former National Envrionment Agency officer Patrick Yu Fook Choy, 53, was jailed for six years today for molesting the victim twice and performing oral sex on him at his Ghim Moh flat in March 2010.
He was a volunteer captain of a uniformed group at a primary school where the victim was a member.
The bachelor had pleaded guilty to the three charges and had three others, including two under the Films Act, considered during his sentencing.
