Man dies after falling off vessel at East Coast

A man has died after being found unconscious in the waters off East Coast on Tuesday.
The Singaporean ship chandler is believed to have fallen off a supply craft. The master of the craft then jumped in to save him.
The incident was reported around 8.45pm on Tuesday to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, which launched a rescue effort with the Police Coast Guard.
Both men were rescued about 25 minutes later. They were found at the Eastern Bunkering Anchorage, about 3.5km from the south of East Coast Parkway.
