A 22-year-old man, who is believed to have attacked and molested a 25-year-old woman along West Coast Road last Monday, was charged in court this morning for outrage of modesty.

The suspect, Radin Rizwan bin Radin Rosman, who is unemployed, is alleged to have slipped his hand under the victim's singlet and squeezed her right breast. He also punched her a few times on her face and head.

The incident took place at West Coast Park when the victim had been on her way home from dinner with friends. The suspect, who is said to have been riding a stolen bicycle, got off and punched her. When she fell, he pinned her to the ground and started to grope her.

He ran off as two passers-by approached, leaving behind the bicycle.
