Make good management and HR practices a priority: Dr Amy Khor

Minister of State for Health and Manpower Amy Khor on Wednesday, urged employers to make good management and human resource practices their priority.

This, she said would go a long way in ensuring that workers carry out their duties responsibly.

Dr Khor was speaking on the sidelines of a community event at Hong Kah Primary School, where she fielded questions on the recent strike by a group of SMRT bus drivers from China.

She added that the illegal strike was a "serious matter", which was why government feedback unit Reach conducted a snap poll to gauge public sentiments toward the incident.
