LTA revamps its One.Motoring website after survey feedback

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has revamped its One.Motoring website to make accessing information more convenient.

The revamp came after an annual customer satisfaction survey conducted in 2012 with 8,000 participants showed that 65 per cent of them wanted a change in the way the portal worked. LTA also organised feedback sessions with motor dealers and motor association members.

Users gave feedback that they wanted the site to be more organised with clearer classification of content, and a more interesting and modern design.

The revamped site now has more intuitive icons and descriptions and can also be used on tablets and smartphones, said a statement by LTA on Thursday. The site has been organised into five categories: drive, buy, sell, maintain and participate. On average, the portal has one million visitors every month and 15 million page views per month.
