Shanmugam: Come forward with information on cat mutilation case

Law and Foreign Affairs Minister K. Shanmugam has urged residents to come forward if they have information on the recent case of cat mutilation.

He called the act "gruesome" and "sick".

Mr Shanmugam, who is Member of Parliament for Nee Soon GRC, added that how we are judged as a society can be seen from the way we treat animals.
