The labour movement has launched a competition to identify the best companies for working mothers.
The competition, organised by the NTUC Women's Development Secretariat (WDS) and the Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP), invites employees to nominate their employers for the award.
They can submit stories on how their employer helped them achieve work-life harmony. Employees will fill in questionnaires and interviews will be conducted with the companies before judges decide on the winning firms in June.
NTUC WDS director, Ms Sylvia Choo, said that the organisation will "continue to work with employers towards enhancing their flexibility programmes".
