K-pop fans queue all night for concert tickets
Student Jerlin Neo was one of the first in line at the Sistic booths at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Saturday, but she still missed out on snagging choice tickets to catch her K-pop idols in November.
The 18-year-old was not alone because most of the premium tickets, which offer die-hard fans an up-close and personal experience with their favourite stars, were sold out within three hours yesterday.
Hundreds like her had camped out overnight to buy tickets for SM Town Live Tour III, a multi-act concert which promises more than four hours of song and dance by A-list Korean stars and bands like Super Junior and Girls' Generation.
The fans were hoping to snap up VIP, mosh pit and other premier seats to the concert, which will be staged on Nov 23 at the Marina Bay floating platform.
