HDB, URA release 3 residential sites estimated to yield 1,375 units

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) have released three residential sites for developers and homebuyers this month.

Two of them are Executive Condominium (EC) sites and the other is a residential site.

In a statement on Tuesday morning, the HDB said that the EC sites would be in Sengkang and Pasir Ris, while the remaining site will be at Alexandra View.

In total, the three sites can yield about 1,375 residential units, the HDB spokesman said.
