A new on-the-go application to locate eldercare services here was launched at Saturday morning's first ever Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) Health Carnival.
Called the Mobile Eldercare Locator, the free app allows people to pinpoint clinics and service providers nearby.
Guest-of-honour and Health Minister Gan Kim Yong said there is a need to help people understand their own state of health better and support them in managing any conditions.
The app and festival are also meant to raise awareness of CHAS.
