Four people were injured at an escalator in Orchard MRT station on Monday evening.

A spokesman for the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said that two girls, aged 13 and 11, suffered lacerations and abrasions on their legs, and were taken by ambulance to KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

A woman, in her 60s, suffered from back pain, while another in her 40s had lacerations on both legs and on her right eye brow. Both were taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
