Although the bus explosion had rocked office workers and commuters along Temasek Boulevard early Wednesday morning - it still seemed to many like a scene right out of an action movie.
That is because it was, sort of.
The SBS Transit bus was rigged with explosives as part of Exercise Heartbeat Alpha, an emergency drill organised by the police, in cooperation with several other agencies here.
