Ex-CNB chief Ng Boon Gay to join security firm Certis Cisco

Former Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) director Ng Boon Gay will join security company Certis Cisco as a consultant next month, on a short-term contract "to help with various aspects of our security business", said a spokesman for the firm.
Certis Cisco operates the largest auxiliary police force here with more than 3,000 trained staff. It is the most established security company providing protective security for organisations all over Singapore.
Mr Ng was acquitted in a high profile corruption case last February and was retired from public service by the Public Service Commission (PSC) last month.He had been suspended from his duties in January 2012.
Mr Ng, who is married, subsequently faced internal disciplinary proceedings in the civil service which led to his retirement.
