A dramatic accident involving an SUV and sedan last week was captured by an in-vehicle video camera.

The footage, which was posted on Wanbao online, shows a black SUV speeding up when a sedan signals about 50m ahead to filter right into its lane. The two vehicles collide side on but the drivers continue to drive.

The sedan returns to the centre lane but is hit on the right side by the SUV before the sedan spins clockwise and stops right in front of the SUV - forcing it to come to a halt too.

The incident took place last week along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5.
