Circle Line breakdown: Electrical earth fault to blame, says SMRT

An electrical earth fault that disrupted power supply was the cause of the disruption to the Circle Line on Thursday night, said the SMRT in a statement early Friday morning.

The disruption started at 10.26pm.

Partial train service between Harbourfront and Paya Lebar stations resumed at 11.20pm.
