CID nabs three teens for suspected loanshark activities

Officers from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrested three 15-year-old teenagers on Dec 19, for suspected involvement in a series of island-wide loanshark harassment.
Police said in a statement on Wednesday, that the suspects are allegedly involved in seven cases of loanshark harassment targeting HDB flats, and two cases targeting car owners.
Head of Unlicensed Moneylending Strikeforce, Superintendent of Police Aileen Yap, said: "Those who are arrested will have to face the full brunt of the law regardless of their age."
