Changi Airport handled 4.27 million passengers last month - a 10-per-cent increase compared to October a year ago.
Flight movements increased by about 5 per cent to 27,600 take-offs and landings.
In an update on Tuesday, Changi Airport Group said that passenger traffic to and from the Middle East continued its upward trend with the region contributing double-digit growth every month this year.
Traffic to and from traditional growth regions such as South-east Asia and North-east Asia also grew strongly.
