Changi Airport to expand facilities at Terminal 2
Changi Airport is expanding facilities at Terminal 2 to cater to airlines and travellers that will move over when the Budget Terminal closes on Sept 25.
In a release on Thursday, Changi Airport Group (CAG) said more automated immigration lanes will be provided at the arrival and departure halls to speed up passenger processing.
The taxi waiting area at the arrival hall will also be expanded and more taxi bays added.
CAG is also working with key partners such as the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore, Singapore Customs and Certis CISCO to ensure adequate manning, especially during peak hours.
