Bus services affected by the opening of the Marina Coastal Expressway
The routes of four buses run by SBS Transit will be amended from Dec 29, when the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) opens.
Bus services 133, 400, 402 and 502/502A will call at five new bus stops along Central Boulevard and Shenton Way. They will also no longer stop at four existing bus stops along Marina Station Road, Marina Street and Marina Place.
Bus services 400 and 402 will also call at a relocated bus stop along Central Boulevard from its current stop at Marina Boulevard, SBS Transit said in a statement on Tuesday.
The routes of another 11 bus services - 30/30e, express service 513 and nine premium services 538, 539, 544, 545, 552, 553, 554, 566 and 585 - will also be diverted to travel along the MCE instead of the East Coast Parkway. No bus stops will be skipped for these services.
