6 bids received for land parcel at Bright Hill Drive

Buy SPH photosThe Housing Board has received six bids in its tender for a land parcel at Bright Hill Drive.
The 13,437.1 sq m large land parcel, which has a land lease of 99 years, can be developed into a condominium or flats or a combination of flats and strata landed houses with prior approval.
It attracted six bids from UVD Pte Ltd, FCL Topaz, Verspring Properties, Wee Hur Development, a joint bid from Far East Orchard, Sekisui House, Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group and lastly, a joint bid from Hoi Hup Realty, Sunway Developments and Hoi Hup J.V. Development.
A decision on the awarding of the tender will be made on a later date.
