Three Singapore-registered Lamborghinis, that were purportedly en-route to Kuala Lumpur, crashed on Malaysia's North-South Expressway on Friday morning, according to citizen journalism website Stomp.

According to "DM" and "Raymond" who wrote in to Stomp, the accident took place at about 10.30am when the supercars were on the way to Kuala Lumpur for a event.

Photos circulating online show a black, a green and an orange car engulfed in flames. According to online accounts, the accident took place near the Seremban toll stations. Witnesses said the drivers of the luxury sports cars were safe and had left the cars behind.
