The Traffic Police arrested 18 motorists, aged between 29 and 48, for drink-driving in an island-wide operation on Tuesday morning.
A total of 76 drivers were stopped and tested for alcohol consumption in the pre-dawn operation where road blocks were set up at various parts of Singapore, said a police statement on Wednesday.
Of the 18 men arrested, one driver had 110 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath - more than triple the prescribed legal limit of 35 micrograms.
If convicted, drink drivers will be banned from the roads for at least 12 months. They will lose their driver's license and must retake and pass the theory and practical driving tests before they are allowed to return to the roads, added the statement.
